Cooking: Filipino Style Spaghetti

First Cooking Entry

I have been cooking since when I was still in high school. My mother, has trained me along with my two elder brothers how to do the kitchen works. It was a training that is really worth learning for. In cooking, if you know the basics, then everything will just follow suit. You can cook whatever way you want. My only problem is sometimes, I don’t know the exact name or what particular recipe I am cooking.

I just want to tell you that my purpose of sharing this and the next cooking posts, is not for you to follow or copy my way of cooking. I am not expert on this. I didn’t study culinary either. If you insist of doing my way, why not, but my aim is, to solicit comments, critique and perhaps get something from you by sharing your way of cooking. With that, I could learn more something from you guys and improve my own skills.

But if you’ll learn also something from me, then that would be great.

So here’s my first entry.

4. Mix the spaghetti sauce with the tendered and drained pasta noodles, add grated cheese and serve.

That’s it, with that four simple steps, Filipino Spaghetti Style can now be served. You may serve it cold or hot. Personally, I love to eat a hot spaghetti with melting cheese on it. :) Yummy! What is spaghetti without soda?! :)

Enjoy and tell me what you think!

Chow!
