Ingredients:

1/4 cup canola oil, divided
1 small head broccoli, cut into florets
1/2 cup snow peas
3/4 cup julienned carrots
1/2 cup halved green beans
1 can baby corn, cut
1/2 lb shirmp
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce with sesame seeds
1/8 cup water
1 box (8 oz) angel hair

Procedure:
In a stir fry pan, dump in canola oil and shrimp. Cook for 2 minutes or till they are pink.
In a boiling pan, cook the angel hair for 2 minutes. Put a dash of oil to prevent it from sticking together and salt & pepper to taste. Once cooked, place them on a platter or a bowl and set aside.
Then put in all the veggies to the pan with shrimp. Stir to mix taste with shrimp and simmer. Put in the 1/8 cup water and teriyaki sauce for 2 minutes or until veggies are soft. You might wanna put the broccoli last so as not to overcook them. Add salt & pepper to your desired taste.
Mix the angel hair with the veggie & shrimp.
This is good for 6 servings.
