Asadong Manok

If you’re looking for an easy chicken dish to prepare for you and your loved ones, then look no further! Asadong Manok (Tangy Chicken Stew) is so easy that not even a novice like myself can ruin it! It’s chicken with some vinegar and paprika and it tastes great!

The recipe calls for two pounds of chicken legs and thighs, or drumsticks and wings, but I used two pounds of drumsticks because they were on sale! The dish doesn’t take long to make, either. Shouldn’t be more than 30 minutes.

Below you’ll find a video with instructions on how to make Asadong Manok, and you’ll see what I thought of it because I sample the chicken in the end.
