I had some bibingka earlier today! I just had lunch with family, after spending time at the Philippine Independence Day festival in Historic Filipinotown of Los Angeles, and the bibingka was an excellent complement to our meal.

Below you’ll find a video of my first time making bibingka. I submitted this video to The You Generation’s, Fantastic Food competition, and I won! I really enjoyed being able to share Filipino food with a greater audience!
